BADGES
For security purposes delegates and exhibitors must wear their badge at all times in order to access to the Congress Venue, the Scientific Sessions and social activities.
Sponsor and Exhibitor Badges
Sponsor and Exhibitor badges allow access to the exhibition area and to scientific sessions, according to the contractual conditions for each company. It is possible to purchase the daily badge, that allows unlimited access to all scientifical sessions. Exhibitors can access their company-sponsored sessions without limitations.
CELL PHONES & E–DEVICES
As a courtesy to your fellow delegates and speakers, please remember to turn “OFF” cell phones while in the sessions.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Attendance certificates can be downloaded online, in the personal registration user area of website https://www.isl2023lymphology.com/registration/, after the Congress.
CLOAKROOM
The Cloakroom is located at Ground Floor, on the right of the main entrance. Cloakroom opening hours are the same as for the registration desk. It will be available only as a limited luggage deposit.
COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI FOR DELEGATES
Congress Venue official Wi-Fi network “Centro_Congressi” will be free accessible to all congress participants.

Box Lunches
On Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14, light lunches – using box lunches – will be provided in the Exhibition Areas (ground floor), from 13.00 to 14.30.
Coffee breaks
Morning coffee break services will be provided throughout the Congress (10.30-11.30).
Coffee service areas are set up in Exhibition Areas (ground floor).
Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner
On the evening of Monday 11thSeptember, the Welcome Cocktailwill be held in the Exhibition Area.
On the evening of Wednesday 13thSeptember, the Gala Dinner will be held in Villa Lo Zerbino (Passo dello Zerbino 1, Genoa – Dress code: Semi-formal/After5), whose participation requires the purchase of a ticket for € 120 (including VAT), through website www.isl2023lymphology.com or on site, at Registration Desk; subject to availability.

POSTER FREE PRESENTATIONS
The Poster dedicated area is located on ground floor, near the Registration area.
The Poster have to be sent, by Courier, already printed (size base 90 cm – height 120 cm), before September 5, to: Studio BC, Via dei Santi Giacomo e Filippo, 35/1, 16122, Genova (GE), Italy. Or they must be consigned on site, directly to the Registration Desk. Poster discussion: the scheduling of Poster discussion and speaker timing is published on this Program, pag.44. The Abstracts received and accepted will be screened as they are. In case of absence of the Speaker, the Abstract will not be presented.
PRIZES
ISL-International Society of Lymphology will assign 2 Awards for best scientific contributions by Young Lymphologists attending the Congress.

The Speaker’s Corner is located on floor 1 and is open from one hour before the start of the Sessions until the end of the day, to provide assistance to all speakers.

The Abstracts received and accepted will be screened as they are. The scheduling of the Oral Free Presentations sessions and speakers timing is published on this Program, from page 36 to page 43. In case of absence of the Speaker, the Abstract will not be presented.
FACULTY AND PRESENTERS CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS
According to UEMS-EACCME®, the 29th ISL World Congress of Lymphology – ISL 2023 requires all individuals making presentations at the Congress to declare their conflicts of interest in relation to their presentations, by stating it on the second slide of the presentations. The COI form must to be sent, before the Congress, to isl@thetriumph.com, or filled out on site, before presentation, at Registration Desk.
